Hazardous waste is handled through a systematic process to ensure safety and compliance with environmental regulations. First, the waste is identified and characterized based on its physical, chemical, and biological properties. Once classified, it is properly labeled, stored in designated containers, and transported by NAK registered trucks to our approved disposal facility at Fukayosi, Bagamoyo. Depending on the type of waste, it may under go treatment such as neutralization, incineration, or stabilization to reduce its harmful effects.
