Pamela N. Mutabazi
Pamela is our HSE Director holds a Master of Science degree (MSC) in Public and Environmental Health from Manchester, UK, and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Biotechnology from Birmingham, UK. Pamela is a certified ECITB (UK) safety trainer and has conducted numerous HSE audits, incident investigations, and prepared related reports as well as NEBOSH certificate. She has over 14 years of experiences both in Tanzania and UK in various capacities within pharmaceutical, health organizations, and environmental companies, including the Health Protection Agency; with Health and Safety and environmental management including working as private consultant for prominent Oil and Gas companies in Tanzania.
Tom Verschuere
Is an electromechanical engineer with over 30 years of experiences in engineering and manufacturing of shredders for processing of mixed solid wastes including custom made auto claves. Tom is specialised in mechanical treatment of non-hazardous waste supplying to major waste processing companies in Europe. Moreover, he is also a Partner and CCO at Rentec a leading worldwide manufacturer of waste processing machines and holds MBA.
Dr Hamid Mandali
is a Public Health Specialist and holds MD and MPH. He has over 15 years of experiences in health sector (private and public) providing clinical services, research, programmatic plans development, program management, results monitoring, digital health, strategic information and decision-making leadership to donor funded projects locally and internationally. With his extensive global experiences in directing projects and overseeing the strategic transition of programs’ services to Ministries of Health in Sub Saharan Africa, distinguishing him as an established leader of health programs and systems built for sustainability.
Menance Jonathan
He is a registered Environmental expert by NEMC with over 10 years of experiences in undertaking Environmental and Social impact Assessments, Baseline environmental studies, Project monitoring as well as environmental audits in cross sectors such as in mines, manufacturing and others. Menance holds Msc Integrated Sanitation Management and BA (Hons) Geography and Environmental Studies from University of Dar es Salaam.
Dr Vincent Rwehumbiza
Is our Biochemical Engineer and also founder of Yebi Health. Vincent holds PhD in Biochemical Engineering, Bremen Germany. He has worked for Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis in Germany, US and Poland in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Portfolio and Supply Chain Management. Vincent thrives at the intersection of pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing and supply chains.
